Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry pieces you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Blingjewelry velvet pouch or gift box, ensuring all security tags are intact and the jewelry is securely cushioned.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
