We use high-quality materials including 925 Sterling Silver, 14K Gold plating, and premium grade Cubic Zirconia to ensure long-lasting shine and durability.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain your jewelry's brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, ideally in the pouch provided.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US, while international rates vary by location.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
